tnc@fhh 0.6.1 released

The new version 0.6.1 of tnc@fhh is now available for download. This is a bugfix release. Major changes are resolved many memory leaks reported by valgrind solved bugs discovered during the TNC certification process improved compatibility with different xerces-c versions.
